Vermont Cheese
*a Cook and See cooking/field trip weekend*

Get ready! We are going to put a lot of activity into 1 day! Saturday early
breakfast will be followed by a trip to 2 Vermont cheese makers. You’ll get
to see them at work- hopefully, we will see a “make”- and have an
opportunity to ask questions. Then we’ll buy the cheeses, take them back to
the Inn and cook with our selections.
