Hot and cold, sweet and savory. Make all these soufflés with Liz Lowe, pastry chef and former owner of Queen of Tarts bakery in Burlington, Vermont. Liz trained in France at LaVarenne, and she’ll take you through the steps to success with soufflés. You’ll make a hot cheese soufflé, a cold/frozen fruit soufflé, a hot dessert soufflé and chocolate soufflé!
