Five Fabulous Holiday Desserts

Here they are: 5 desserts that will set any sideboard sparkling.

  • Classic Buche de Noel

  • Grand Marnier Mousse Bombe

  • Cranberry Champagne Cheesecake

  • White Chocolate Raspberry Charlotte

  • Nutcracker Tart

We’ll create all five in an afternoon and sample them with dinner. Techniques will include making and rolling a roulade, classic Italian meringue buttercream, piping meringue mushrooms, working with mousse, preparing and constructing a bombe, fool-proof ladyfingers, handling gelatin, and more.
