Cobblers, Crisps, Buckles, and Crumbles

Well, this is New England after all! We’ll do some research into the
similarities, differences, and chronology of these comfort food favorites.
Then in the kitchen, we will put them together, bake them off, and judge
for ourselves about which is best.
There’s nothing too mysterious or challenging about these homely favorites,
but we’ll try some fruit duos or trios that will bring a contemporary
nuance to these old standbys.
