Charlottes and Bombes

Nothing adds a grander finale to a summer dinner more than an elegant fruit
charlotte. These light mousse and fruit concoctions are wrapped in
ladyfingers and topped with mounds of fresh whipped cream. You will learn
how to make perfect ladyfingers which are also the building blocks for
tiramisu. Then the tricks to easily line a pan with them and fill with
luscious berry mousse. Then finish, decorate, and enjoy immediately or
freeze for later.
Next we will take the mystery out of bombes - those impressive dome-shaped
tortes that can be done in mini or full size. You’ll be surprised to see
just how easily they can be done.
