The Cooking With Chefs events are held at The Inn On Park Street,  Brandon, Vermont. Here you can meet and cook with professional chefs. Choose one of our scheduled programs or we will customize a weekend for a group of 5-10 people. The kitchen is equipped with 3 wall ovens, a 4'x8' island work area, and a commercial 20qt. mixer.

Your check-in any time after 2 PM on Friday will be followed by a light supper Friday evening.

On Saturday you will work directly with the chef for 3-4 hours in the Inn’s large country kitchen preparing dinner for the group. Your participation may be as hands-on as you like, or you may sip a little wine and watch.

Cocktails at 6:30pm, followed by dinner at 7:30pm with the guest chef.

Basic elements of a typical “Cooking With Chefs” Weekend includes:

• Arrival Friday after 2 pm

• Friday and Saturday nights’ lodging

• Friday night light supper along with dessert and coffee

• Saturday and Sunday full country breakfasts

• Saturday night 4-course sit-down dinner (BYO alcohol)

• Saturday afternoon working session with chef

Cost: $285/person, single occupancy (plus 9% VT tax)
        $240/person, double occupancy (plus 9% VT tax)
